Dr. Rickbeil was my Dr. for seven years. I found her to be attentive at my office visits, listened intently, asked questions, really focused on my issues and how she could treat me best. I always looked forward to my appointments. Centracare lost an outstanding Dr.

HORRIBLE. My first visit, she barely looked me in the eye, just kept them down at her computer; had an agenda before I came in, so felt like I didn't even need to be there, barely got to talk. Have had chronic disease, now plural since 1995, with all kinds of complications, recently hospitalized for a new issue, which didn't discuss; all she wanted to do was change my medications because I'm taking pain medication; said I was in danger of overdosing because of the pain medication & my anxiety one which is a very low dose of klonopin, but I've seen many specialists, including pain specialists, and doctor at Mayo Clinic and none of them said I was in danger. So she lied to just scare me so she took me off one of my pain medications, lowered the dosage of the other and took me of my anxiety medication and another specialized medication, which is in a class of narcotics but not used for pain, it's suppose to help with my IBD, which my Mayo GI had put me on. Felt like I wasn't human.
