Dr. Tiffany Kent, MD

Scheduled a consultation for an upper bleph. Dr. Kent was rude and condescending and assumed I was there only to discuss insurance. She did not do a thorough job or even take the time to complete a field vision test. She just looked me over quickly and gave me a lecture about how insurance would not cover my surgery even though I did not ask about that or initiate a conversation about that.

I had the eyelid surgery with Dr. Kent a little over a year ago. I’m very unhappy with the result. One cut Dr. Kent made is higher than the other. Her explanation was because one eyebrow is higher than the other. She doesn’t know how to compensate the height of the cuts to make them look even. She said she can’t fix it, and maybe in 5 years, I could have a different doctor look into having my eyes fixed. I would have to spend more money to have another doctor to fix her work. She didn’t seem concern about the quality of work. She might be a surgeon but certainly not an artist. I’m not sure it’s common or not, but her office will charge you if you schedule your post-op appointment after 90 days of surgery. I was not informed of their policy so I had to pay it. Also, She was chatting with her assistants the whole time while performing surgery in her office. I think that is very unprofessional.

Dr Kent performed a scar revision and upper lid blepharoplasty recently. All healing has been pain free. Beautiful work. Dr Kent is an extremely talented surgeon.

Appointment was rushed, after waiting 45 minutes to be seen past my appointment time. Billed insurance for $380, spent less than 5 minutes with me and prescribed an antibiotic for my eye despite no apparent or actual infection.

Had a great experience with professional staff. Dr. Kent and her team are awesome!

I had met with 4 doctors over a 7 weeks period, for a cyst in the dropped lacryops gland in my right eye, before being referred to Dr. Kent. She examined my eyes, knew what the problem was and did an in office procedure, the same day, to remove the cyst, which lowered my stress level by 90%. Dr Kent is a VERY knowledgeable and SKILLED doctor. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Kent was very adept at listening to my plight and very gracious in her assessment of my situation. She certainly answered all of my questions and provided a very detailed analysis of the procedures I would be going through. Very much appreciated in my situation.

I saw her because I had moles on my eye lids. And I wanted to talk to her about having my eye lid surgery also because I have had it in the past. And I have had the moles on my eyes removed more times then I can say . It runs Rapids in my family. I thought her bed side matter was terrible. She made me feel like I was there to get her to okay my eye of surgery so my insurance would pay for it. I just had surgery done on my eye and I wanted to get up and leave. I wasn’t there for a hand out. I really do have a problem with the moles and when I did get the eye lift surgery I could see so much better. I deal with migraines so bad but never got the chance to say that to her. She cut me off a couple of times when I was trying to explain to her about what was happening to my eyes either the moles and all she could say was she didn’t see anything that needed taken off now. I just had laxer surgery on one of my eyes and she knew that. I felt horrible to say the least. I will not go

Dr Tiffany Kent is a true professional in her field of work. Dr Kent preformed biopsy twice, repaired delicate area of my eye in February 2019. Looking at me today you would not know anything had been done. Healed quickly and painlessly. I will recommend Dr. Kent happily to anyone!

very nice people from the front desk all the back to the Doctor. We could not have been treated any better. I took my husband there with extreme dry eye and he is a vet suffering from being exposed to Agent Orange. He has several health issue and is coming off a broken hip and walks slowly..everyone was so kind and patient with him.

Post op visit. Dr Kent was good listener and the surgery was a huge gift to improvement of my eye sight.
