Very personable and professional
I had two procedures scheduled yesterday that required me to be anesthetized. Dr. Ching came in to check in with me prior to the procedure and immediately put me at ease, laying out what she would be doing and making sure I knew that she would be there during the procedures to make sure I was good to go. I knew they were having a busy day, but she didn't make it feel like she was being perfunctory, but rather that her being there was the most important thing she had to do that afternoon. 'Going under' is always a little bit anxiety producing, and her calmness and care alleviated much of that. Mahalo Nui, Dr. Ching!

I had Dr. Ching for my recent colonoscopy. I wanted to try without anesthesia then she explained why I may require anesthesia. But she offered to start out small amount of medicine and stand by my side in xase I need more.She was holding my hand and giving me words of encouragement. I could not bear the air pressure in my colon so I needed more medicine. I was able to finish further discomfortness and awake during procedure.I really appreciate her knowledge and kindness. Thank you, Dr. Ching.
