No help with aging parents
My parents aged 85 & 83 were told after 20 min visit last year, that they could live on their own and to not listen to their children. My mother was over the moon and used that against us when she tried to feed my dad raw meat! I tried to set ip an appt with her- the nurse called back and said insurance wont pay- I told her i will pay then she said the dr cant discuss anything because of HIPPA-I told her i dont want to discuss i want her to listen to what is going on in the home. I NEVER GOT TO SEE DR LAM. A year later myMom is living with my sister and still uses Dr Lam as a reference for her to not need any This makes our jobs ,as their children very hard time in our lives 1000 times harder! No thank you!

Dr. Lam is friendly, patient, and seems genuinely concerned about my health. She was very thorough in determining my health plan based on family and personal history, and my future goals. She took the time to get to know me and listened to all my concerns. I'm very happy with the quality of care I received from Dr. Lam and highly recommend her.
