Horrible
She was quick to get me out of the office, didn’t give me meds like she said she would, didn’t give me authorization for spine doctor and told me to call them and make appointment even thought the spine doctor says that’s not how it works. Now I’m without my appointment for the spine doctor and have been in pain for 3 months and this doctor doesn’t respond to calls, messages nothing not from me or the referral needed. I wish I never picked this horrible person who has zero desire to help. Why are u even in the business of helping ppl when you do the complete opposite. I have never experienced anything like this with anyone! Thanks lady for not helping me and now I am suffering with no outcome other than to suffer and wait. I tried to send escalation to the board but wasn’t considered urgent enough. How am I supposed to do anything when I need to have an mri per the hospital in the ER for help but needed to see my doctor for that in which got nothing. I am in tears almost all day!!

I had the misfortune of being assigned to this individual. Instead of letting the patient know when they should come in for an appointment, they let you run out of meds and schedule you for a month later. When you mention you will be DEAD without them, they act like it's your fault. Gods forfend you should use intemperate language when pointing out the absurdity of their position, they will hang up on you. I can't get out of this cesspool practice fast enough.
