Dr. Thuy-Khanh Bui, DO

So I'm ill and need to see the doctor. Call for appointment - put off for 10 days before opening? That' BS. What the heck is he good for if you can't get in when needed and have to go spend money at a Nextcare when he is the Primary Care Physician?

I have been a patient of the Bui family of doctors a long time but this week I asked for copy of my blood work it had the wrong patient information on it have called 6 times they will not answer the phone I would hate to change doctors because of the people up front answering the phone in the office

Very bad with refilling prescriptions. Call and call and something’s requires in person visit to get a prescription filled that was promised a month earlier. Made a office visit, was told by him he would take care of it and a month later, no prescription for diabetes supplies and called office twice asking about script only to be told by nurse would pass on information. Have personally seen irate people while waiting in waiting room for appointment there asking for their needed prescriptions that also never called in. Very bad.

Concerned and extremely capable doctor. Listens attentively. Very sharp and responsive to patient problems. My interactions with Dr, Bui's nurses and office/ scheduling personnel have all been pleasant, clear and efficient.

Dr. Bui is a very down to earth guy who will get on you for not following the recommendations for better health BECAUSE HE CARES! He is also a COMEDIAN!!! :-) LOL! I really am Blessed to have founds him over 11 years ago. Now to do more of what he says...

Good Dr. Horrible front office. They are rude, argumentative and not at all competent! I won’t be treated disrespectfully

Love Dr Bui But his office personnel are horrible. Very rude. Unfortunately I’ve been a patient for 15+ years and will never return due to his office personnel

Dr. Bui is an excellent doctor but the people he has working in his office are horrible, wont answer the phone or return phone calls but charge you a cancelation fee because you were unable to reach them to reschedule your appointment.

I love Dr. Bui. He is a matter of fact kind of guy. He is very personable. He is a professional and he does know of what he diagnoses. I also like that you know every time you go there what to expect. No surprises here. He is very organized and has a wonderful sense of humor.

I really like Dr. Bui; he is a 'straight to the matter' kind of doctor. He is extremely busy, but he is listening to you (this may contribute to the issue below). However, the length of time you have to wait to see him (often 2 hours), even with an appointment, is unacceptable. In addition, the staff seems to be oblivious to the inconvenience and burden this puts on patients. And, there have been several times that I left a message for the nurse and never received a return call. Unacceptable.
