Stared well, ended so-so
Saw the doctor twice and he was very thorough about getting history, performing an exam, listening and answering questions. Then came a hospital admission, and after being discharged, he recommended a certain diet to be followed, which doesn't address determining what is causing these almost quarterly hospital admissions for the same issue. Further, the advice given doesn't address the more immediate current issues which are ongoing post-hospital discharge. Asked to get an appointment to see him at any location post-hospital stay, he said he would have his nurse look into it, but never heard back.

Dr. Triantafillou spent a lot of time with me and my mother who has Alzheimer's. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us referrals, and we did not feel rushed. He was very kind and my mother felt comfortable with him. I highly recommend - great Geriatric doctor!

Dr. Tom is very professional, takes time to explain all aspects of treatment and follow up care, he explores options with you and explains medications how to take and why. Dr. Tom answers questions and communicates on North Shore Connect immediately and his office staff will call if a response or action needs to be taken or is time sensitive. Dr. Tom is kind, patient and make you feel as if you are his first and foremost concern, he has great respect for you.
