As a former nurse and experienced with awake tumescent liposuction. This was the most horrific experience of my life! Initial lidocaine injections were incredibly painful. I've had them before and they never hurt. Then began the tumescent fluid infusion, which was even more horrific! I yelled out, gasped and cried out pain! I felt like a POW getting tortured and hoped I could just die on the table so the pain would stop. Alone, mostly naked ( basically a bikini) and was completely ignored by Dr Su and his nurse! I couldn't figure out why it was so horrifically painful compared to others. At my post op visit I asked his nurse if he was not buffering his lidocaine and epinephrine? Nurse confirmed he does not add a buffer!!! Both are highly acid and require a sodium bicarbonate to neutralize it. I was also informed via email before my surgery, theywould have laughing gas available if needed because he won't allow any oral anxiety meds. I was never given or offered any laughing gas.

I just had my thigh lipo done with Dr Su, I was extremely nervous at first, but he answered all of my questions and explained the procedure so well that I felt a sense of relief and knew I was in good hands. His nurse Essence is amazing too.

From the first time I contacted Dr. Su's office all the staff were caring, friendly and helpful in every way.

I came to do two areas: knees and outside tights but ended up doing knees and cancles. The way Dr Su performed to make my legs appear more long is beyond words. A dream becoming true!

I was excited from the beginning to meet Dr. Su due to my research prior to my consultation. My expectations were exceeded; from the consultation to the actual procedure, I am thoroughly impressed! I had my outer thighs done and I am totally blown away with my results. The staff is great and well informed.

2 months before my procedure, Dr Su spoke with my husband (who is a Dr. as well) over the phone for 45 minutes about the procedure because he had questions and concerns. Explanations were thorough and put us at ease. The procedure was seemless and so far, (24 hours in) I am thrilled with the results and can't believe I finally have athletic looking, thin arms! I would highly recommend Dr Su and Art Lipo.

I was taken care of from start to finish. As an out of town patient I relied heavily on the suggestions for hotel and transportation. I felt very taken care of and safe. Dr. Su and his staff were so personable and professional. After the procedure if I had any problems all I had to do is call. I had a great experience and am extremely happy with my results!

Dr Su just changed my life. I have spent my entire life being embarrassed of my legs. No matter how much I work out or lose weight, I always had fat knees and legs. He was able to give me legs that I never thought I would be able to have.

My whole experience here has been wonderful. From the front desk to the Dr. Dr. Su is very thorough with explanation of things and gives you plenty of time to voice any concerns you have, During the procedure he makes sure you are comfortable. The whole process is very interactive and smooth. The directions they provide following the procedure are very clear. I've had a procedure prior to this one and was very happy with the results. I had another procedure down yesterday which I'm sure will be just as great as the one prior to this. He's been doing this for 14 years. I have full faith in him.

Dr. Shu is the best artist/doctor ever!! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate. I had very little to no pain at all. After doing extensive research on what I wanted done and how I wanted my arms to look, I went into this journey with very little expectation because most plastic doctors couldn't or wouldn't do want was needed to give me my deserved look. Dr. Shu is a professional and he takes pride in his work. I am scheduling my knew complex for early 2020 and I can't wait to see the results. Rae his surgical tech is the best, she is so very knowledgeable and considerate, not only did have the opportunity to meet a nice personal I now consider her as a friend. The entire ArtLipo staff are the best!!!

Dr. Su and and his staff are compassionate and understanding and that is critical to having a good experience when you are undergoing a potentially scary experience. From the minute I walked in I felt like I was in a safe and friendly environment. During the procedure, Dr. Su described exactly what he was doing and remained patient with me when I was having trouble following directions. The results were immediately noticeable and I can't wait to continue to recover to see the final results.
