I returned numerous times to this doctor and he repeatedly brushed off my concerns claiming that they would resolve themselves, despite evidence to the contrary. Finally tried an in-office procedure that failed miserably and caused excruciating pain (for which he had no concern), likely introducing a subsequent infection. By the time I finally had a major surgery for what was a serious issue all along I had permanent lung damage and a significant loss of capacity. I am lucky to have survived his management of my condition. Minor in comparison but he was also really patronizing, refusing to believe my reports of symptoms and saying things like "wow you're really in-tune with your body" and "that's a big word, where did you learn that?"...I'm an adult with 6 years of post-baccalaureate education. If you have even the slightest feeling that you are not getting adequate care from this physician please seek other care.

Dr Smith was not very attentive and focused on this patient. Gave him a CT Scan but he couldn't look at it while I was there because it had to be "scrubbed". On the next visit it wasn't even brought up. When I gave it to him he said he wished he had the one previous to that as well but never asked me to get it. My last visit waited a half hour after my appt time for him to come in. When I went out looking for him he was in a conference room with a Med student. The focus was on the student durin

This Doctor is one of the most patient, caring and knowledgible Doctors I have ever dealt with. He stayed and explained at length many misdiagnoses I had been given,, He was really cares about his patients ,it was quite obvious and because of him and his time he took to study my profile/tests etc. I no longer need an inhaler I was on from other Drs for 8 years!!!I feel truly blessed that I was directed to not only DR Smith but also his assistant Jeanne Millett both excel in this field !TY all

Dr Smith was called in for a consult while I was in the hospital. I was on xarelto for DVT's and pulmunory embolism and was about to be released, even though I was not feeling well. Dr Smith researched my past and discovered that, due to other Issues, I was not digesting xarelto and put me on another blood thinner. He sat with me for over a half an hour an explained everything in detail. His bed side manner was kind, considerate, caring and informative. I would highly recommend him.
