Dr. Smith and his team can and will get it done! After my first failed reconstructive procedure in 2010, I put a lot of effort in researching for a doctor who can get it right. I had a list of 5 doctors across the United States and Dr. Smith was on the list and I decided to pursue care through him because of proximity to family but my insurance company put up a fight when I wanted to get care outside the region. My insurance made me go through two urologist in the city I was living in and both doctors straight up told me that they do not think they have the skill to pull off a successful surgery for how bad my urethra was damaged. With written notes by those two doctors I was able to fight my way to get care from Dr. Smith in Houston Tx. His bedside manner and confidence is unmatched. It's been two yrs, I got my life back!
