Seemed annoyed
Not friendly. Acted as if he was to busy to discuss my concerns. Examination was quick and matter of fact. Seemed annoyed when I asked him to check moles and skin tags.

Dr. T. Smith is simply the best!!!!!
Of all the Dermatologists I’ve seen all my 60+ years Dr. Thomas Smith is simply the best! I’ve always had one idiopathic skin condition or the other since I was a child therefore I’ve been through several Dermotologists in my life. I had left some of these specialists offices frustrated and in tears. I left some of them with feelings of intimidation and disrespect…. and so on and so on. I thank God for Dr. Smith!! He’s compassionate, caring, understanding, sensitive, absolutely professional, very thorough, very patient, a good listener and a wonderful, concise explainer. A very gentle and kind professional. It never enters my mind once that this doctor is white and I’m colored. He performs his job with zeal, love, gentility and absolute compassion and professionalism!!! I make sure that my two adult daughters are seeing him as well and they are so happy with him. May God bless and amaze Dr. Smith.

Dr. Thomas F. Smith is the best dermatologist I’ve had in my adult life. I’ve dealt with chronic atopic dermatitis since childhood and I’m now 54 years of age. Dr. Smith is thorough during my visits with him and he explains things in clear ways. He seems to enjoy his work. Dr. Smith allows for as many questions as I have to ask and is not annoyed by them like some doctors are. He is very patient with me. I never feel like he is in a rush to get to the next patient even though he’s a very busy doctor. Customer care is very important to me and Dr. Thomas F. Smith does a great in this area!

Dr. Smith has helped me with variety of medical concerns. He is fabulous! I have psoriatic arthritis which is really tricky disease. There is no cure but Dr. Smith helps me manage the symptoms. He also communicates with my Rheumatologist which really helps me. Also, my Dad died from melanoma and I have fair skin with lots of moles. Dr. Smith watches over me for that, too. He is a very caring and kind person as well. I am very grateful for his wonderful care.
