Mindy needs a new job
I'm in the healthcare field. I would never have an office staff represent me that speaks to people the way Mindy does when you call! I would be embarassed if I were the physician, having someone like that as the first point of contact.

I went to Dr. Shaw for serious spine problems. He took the time and care to review, explain, and discuss at length with me the pictures and results of 2 MRI’s performed. He discussed options for treatment and made recommendations. He is exceptionally knowledgeable.

Worst experience of my life. Experienced something similar to anesthesia awareness, the numbing medicine did not work at all during a procedure. I was not aware that something was wrong and that I needed to get through the discomfort in order to fix my pain. Found out after the procedure that something went wrong. Literally a nightmare feeling a needle all the way in my back that numbing medicine was suppose to take care of. Spent thousands of dollars and still have pain years later.

My husband has had back pain since July. He has been to several doctors in the area to track down what is happening and what to do about it. Dr. Shaw was the only one who looked at the actual MRI instead of just the radiologist’s report and pointed out where the issues were originating. Thanks, Dr. Shaw for digging deeper! I frequently refer people to Dr. Shaw. He works closely with the outpatient therapists to coordinate to achieve the best outcomes for his patients.
