I called the insurance company and they said they had already completely approved the surgery so he then said he would get me done in a couple weeks been calling always another excuse?? One nurse office manager told me she didn't have time to tell me again and she is really busy! Just today May 31 I'm told that they were referring me to another ent group?? The best!
Dr. Sellner has been a lifesaver for my child. He picked up on things no one else picked up on. When others are dismissive of symptoms, he takes the time to try and find an answer and a solution. Actually listens to patients. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Dr Sellner is the best, he saved my daughters life when no other doctor knew what was wrong with her they kept miss diagnosing her until Dr Sellner came in and right off knew what to do. That was 7 years ago and we won’t see or trust anyone else for her and for ourselves. So he is not just a fantastic dr he’s is a very caring person.

Needs staff and nursing improvements
Love Dr. Sellner, but his nursing staff and office staff do not return phone calls or answer emails. A doctor is only as good as his staff and his staff is, unfortunately a determent to him.

Secretary thinks she can decide if you need an appointment. My mother had surgery 2 weeks ago. Was told upon release from hospital to make a follow up appointment. She tried, after 2 weeks the secretary calls and tells my mom that she doesn't find any reason for my mom to make an appointment. My question is, since when did the secretary become the doctor?

He wouldn’t help me. He insisted on doing things that had been proven not to work. He wouldn’t listen to reason or look at the evidence. He lost my confidential medical files. But he charged a great big bill.

I called for an appointment in 12/16 and the next appointment was 01/19/17. I explained a painful condition but was advised this was the earliest appointment available. I called 01/14/17 and was advised it had been cancelled and was told the office had sent me a letter advising me the cancellation. I never cancelled it and was never advised of the cancellation as I still have the same condition. In summary Dr. Selner is the best but his office staff are a totally inept. Will find a new Dr
