Not impressed
Took over an hour after appointment time to see doctor. I've never in my life had a doctor recommend using and moving any limb fractured til now. Advising a child to move and use an arm with 2 fractures is insane. My child's in constant pain and was unable to get relief as this was the response received. Will be finding another doctor.

I was able to quickly get an appointment due to some shoulder pain and when I got to my appointment, I was given solutions to my problem that could help. I am grateful that my concern was taken seriously and I was able to have some solutions to my pain.

Appointment was a good experience
Dr Sellers is knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point answering any questions I had. He discussed a plan of treatment respecting my thoughts. He promptly got the ball rolling toward my recovery. His staff is amazing as well.

Subsequent action
While my 'No Show' review remains factually correct, it should be noted that Dr. Sellers subsequently called to apologize and explain the circumstances. He also listened to the questions and concerns I would have asked during the appointment. His answers were straightforward and helpful in understanding my specific concerns about shoulder replacement. We will discuss it further at the next appointment.

An unprofessional no-show
1 month for 1st appt. 90 min wait for exam and consultation for shoulder replacement. PA says he 'doesn't need to see me. Come back in 3mos.' Wanted several questions answered as well as meet the surgeon but he didn't 'need ' to see me. Interesting attitude. Why go back?

Very Knowledgeable, Compassionate, & Friendly
Telehealth
Dr. Sellers was excellent. He spent the time to properly diagnose my issue, provided me with options, and answered all of my questions. He didn’t seem rushed and truly seemed to care about my well-being. The X-ray staff were very efficient and just as friendly as Dr. Sellers.

Each staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and so kind!From Miss Madison on the phone with me so many times,to Dr. Sellers being so informative @ the appointment to my surgery on 01-26-24. Very impressed and was definitely worth the drive up! Rotator cuff surgery
I had an excellent experience with Dr Sellers. He performed rotator cuff surgery, and the shoulder is as good as it was pre-injury. Now I need the same surgery on my other shoulder. Dr Sellers will be doing that one as well.

Not informative
This doctor was not very informative and didn’t really explain anything. I had to ask him all the questions just to find out a diagnosis. He seemed to have no clue what a high school baseball pitcher’s practice would involve. I had to explain it to him before he would give us a note for baseball practice. In the end, I felt like I knew more than he did and he’s supposed to be the doctor. Not confident in his treatment plan at all.
