Concerned
I tried to call the office this morning and was placed in a que, and was number 10. I was on hold for 47 minutes with only being #2 in the que. i had to hang up. Called again after lunch, and as of right this moment, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 10 minutes. i have been number 1 in the que for the last hour and 20 minutes. This is not acceptable for patient care. i have tried other ways to get through to someone such as calling and pressing 1 to schedule an appointment. This also has 7 in que. All i need to do is get my elderly mothers results that she was called about on Friday. She has no idea what Dr. Schneider even told her. I know nothing about Dr. Schneider as a physician. But the way his office is ran, I will be having my mother find another doctor. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. I also work in a physicians office and I would NEVER expect any of my patients to have to be placed in a que and left on hold for OVER 2 hours. I am very irritated.

Best doctor at nhs. Look Doc I'm still alive even though doctor Pollock said I would die if stopped chemotherapy treatment gotta a second opinion I didn't even have cancer. Should've listened to you when you said you didn't think it was cancer. You're the best.

Caring and very fantastic physician.
When I went to find a primary care doctor after we moved to Tahlequah in December, 2021, I checked out all the doctor reviews from different sources and was very impressed with everything I read about him. I have not been disappointed and he is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He does everything he can to help his patients and cares about their health.
