Good office staff matters
I don't recall the doctor being bad but the staff was rude. Heartless. If you have mental health concerns they show 0 compassion

-5 STARS!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone! Coming up on 2 weeks after a family member passed away. Still waiting on the death certificate to be signed by Dr. Sargero. Was told by Office Manager "Dr will sign it when he gets around to it" Screaming and hanging up on me was the outcome! STAFF VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Complaint to be filed with BBB and Medical Board!
