What a joke!
On the first visit, he recommended an antibiotic. I should call for stronger meds if no help.Called numerous times, no response until I called the clinical manager after a month. No antibiotics, I should come in for CT. No problem there, so he recommended I see a neurologist. His office would take care of everything. No call from office. I called and called, no response. Called clinical manger. She promised to take care of it the next day. No response. I won't return. I am in a great deal of pain and will seek help elsewhere.

Very Dismissive and Condescending
After waiting to get this appointment while enduring chronic sinusitis and nasal congestion, my concerns were simply brushed off as though they weren’t even worth his attention. I felt like I was an imposition for even being in his office. I left the office with no answers, just a lot of frustration.

Very stressful had surgery on vocal cords said notify me about 7 business days the results of biopsy of mass did not hear anything thought everythings fine then find out later over 5 weeks later that it was cancer said it was some kind of confusion in the lab . I was in total shock and disbelief !! . He obvious did not follow up on this matter at all! This is my life here not his ! If it was Him that this happened to bet he be very upset . Seems to have no compassion for what I've been going through as a result and would not listen to what I was going through with my throat and my voice and weakness physically as well . To go through one ear out the other hardheaded needs to learn how to listen to his patients . felt like just a another number. simply Did not care or understand what I have been going thru . Stay away from this doctor at all costs!!

Knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he was doing to my son to put him at ease. Answered my questions. We did have to wait 45 minutes and I was very confused on why art hanging in the exam rooms was for sale - it didn't appear to be for the benefit of a charity so, if it isn't, that's incredibly tacky. But I would still recommend the doc and the practice.

I liked his overall persona. First, he greeted me, then asked what brings me into his office and he stopped everything, looked directly at me and listened intensively. Then he explained what he would do and why; he also explained what he found and gave me a course of action. Gave me his card and personal extention to call if I had questions or things worsened.

Dr. Robertson is a decent ENT, however when having an in-office sinuplasty, things did not go as planned. He kept doing the procedure when it was evident that it was not going to work. I was upset and in pain and the procedure ended up going an hour and a half past the time it was supposed to and was left unfinished. After leaving upset I never once received a call checking up on me after this terrible experience. Maybe for minor issues but I would not recommend him. Found a new ENT.
