This is my first visit with Dr. Rashid. We hand a very frank and open discussion and gave me multiple and compelling options. His politics are a bit off, but he’s a great doc and I would highly recommend him. Discount the fact that he’s a Notre Dame guy/fan/grad.

I’ve had chronic UTI’s for years. I saw Dr Rashid and felt very hopeful he could get to the cause and help me! He told me to contact him the next time I got one which I did on Nov 16th for a UTI that began on the 14th. I went in and left a urine sample on the 16th with Christina and was told it would be sent off for a culture. I was told I could take AZO. On the 20th when I still hadn’t heard anything back I sent Christina a message telling her how bad I was still feeling and was told it takes longer when sent off to the lab and they would contact me when it was back. On the 24th I sent her another message but got no response. The night of the 24th I contacted Urgent Care for a video visit and they started me on an antibiotic. Now it is the 26th and still no response from Christina! This may be more on Christina than Dr Rashid but he is still responsible for his staff!!! Who lets a patient go 10 days with a UTI while doing nothing!!!! I will be finding a new one!

Dr Rashid removed my late husband’s kidney (due to kidney cancer) in 2005 in Peoria IL. He is the BEST you will find so look no further. Very compassionate and caring. I did not realize he had moved away until now, when I search to find him for my boyfriend who needs a urologist. I was so sad when I saw he moved to OK. You definitely are very fortunate Tulsa OK.

Absolutely highest quality of medical care with Dr. Rashid. I have seen him for years with chronic kidney stones, and he always shared the best advice. When surgery was required, pre and post care was great, with very positive long term results. Easy to share concerns with him and he follows through on the details. Well trained staff, too.

I was a patient of Dr. Rashid when he was in Peoria, IL. Absolutely the best possible care you will ever find. He genuinely cares about your overall health. I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. Dr. Rashid moved all the roadblocks from the way and had an entire cancer team scheduled and working on my case in less than a week's time from diagnosis. He took the time and made the effort to schedule me at the #1 hospital in the US in order to get the best treatment possible. If I need to see him in Tulsa for future treatments, I would gladly do so. Thanks T!!! EH

Awesome. He is warm and personable as well as knowledgeable and professional. He had obviously read and studied my records from my previous doctor so we weren’t starting from scratch. He clarified a few points and scheduled my procedure. Everything went smoothly and he will be urologist in the future. I would definitely recommend Dr Rashid and his practice.

On my first visit, a man approached me in he waiting area, offered his hand and said "Hi, I'm Tom. Everyone's at lunch so I thought I'd come get you myself". He is completely down-to-earth and without pretense. He told me that, given my age and family history, the odds were 80 - 90% that I have prostate cancer. A biopsy proved him right, and, based on those results, he recommended an MRI. In the follow-up, he asked me if I was comfortable with "active surveillance" rather than treatment. When I agreed, he recommended a PSA every 6 months and a second MRI in a year. He assured me I'd made the right decision. The experience had a positive effect on my life and I would recommend him to anyone with prostate issues. What a great guy!

Very knowledgeable, doesn't hesitate in making a decision. Explains everything in terms you can understand, does not make you feel embarrassed about problems that he is discussing with you or with his staff with you present. I only wish he would accept more insurance carriers, as I had to leave due to him changing to OSF.
