Dr. Raimondo is an excellent doctor and spends all the time you need explaining everything and answering any questions you have. I wouldn't want another doctor. His office staff is awful, they don't answer phones 99% of the time even if they are sitting there right next to it listening to it ring. If you get the answering service they always tell you they are closed or not taking calls. Why would a doctor's office not take calls while they are open. My pharmacy sent a request for a refill on my prescription and they sent the approval somewhere but not to my pharmacy, then when I called, 6 times, i didn't leave a message because i knew it wouldn't be returned, to get it rectified, the answering service said they were closed, of course. I love my doctor but he needs to get new office help.

Dr. Ramindo is a internal/neuro/pulmonary specialist with a degree in pharmacology. I was employed for hours (literally a total of less than 20 hours) and saw so many missteps and not taking the precautions put in place for covid being a medical facility. The offices have phones that are never answered. Very small waiting room with 4 patients at any given time (excluding partners), patients coming in from multiple doors, very hard to hear due to personal conversations between staff, patients, and personal personal phone calls all day everyday all day. Nothing was done EVER!!! The 2 women working in the back with him NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. It is so disorganized and gross. I know if you were to see the other providers on staff at the front of the office it is professional and personable, not dishevelled and crass. EMPHASIZED ANSWER THE PHONE!!! A nice man I assume we had no communication.

Dr Raimondo is a wonderful, caring Dr. He spends time with you going over everything with you, your test results, treatment options, what to expect in treatment. A very down to earth kind-hearted doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. *Important Note* When you're going for your appointment there is always a long wait time, between 2-3hr wait time but it's because he won't let his patients leave until you understand everything that's going on with your health and treatment.

When you have a top Doc who is extremely busy and spends quality time with his patients, you have to know that the staff is just as busy. You may have to have a little patience and make some concessions but it is well worth it - because you're in the best of hands. My experience with his staff has been excellent, most times I feel they go over and above.

Dr. Raimondo is an excellent pulmonary specialist. However, his receptionist is inefficient , never ever answers the phone , and for three messages I left , she never responded . Unfortunately I have to transfer my records to another doctor .
