Great experience
I had a great experience with Dr. Thomas. I never felt rushed, and he did listen attentively to everything I said. I have struggled with depression for some years, and felt that my current meds were no longer effective, which scared me. Dr. Thomas’s manner was patient and kind. He gave me a more specific diagnosis than just “depression” and explained why what he prescribed was appropriate. He made sure I understood everything before we concluded our telehealth meeting. I’m very grateful to have met Dr. Thomas.

DO NOT COME HERE
Do NOT come here. If you are in need of help, please stay away from this place. My first-time appointment lasted 25 minutes and consisted in 5-10 simple questions and just ended up with a medication being prescribed. This medication caused me to become extremely suicidal, when I have never suffered from depression in my life. I attempted calling them many times for help and to understand the medication effects to no avail. I never received a response or a callback. They do not care about their patients, only about the money. They billed my insurance $500 for a single appointment. Please do not come here, there are so many other better and much more compassionate physicians who care about their patients and do not treat them like cash cows. This is a disgrace to the medical community.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Mottsin?
Through his very limited questioning of my symptoms/reasons for the consultation, Dr. Thomas proved to be indifferent to my feelings, unconcerned about my problems, yet adamant about pushing a very specific agenda, which would just happen to incur more fees for him, and costs for me. He was incredibly unprofessional. Did not give me the complete consultation that I was promised, and, because of the aforementioned reason in the above paragraph, I will not be proceeding with him as my physician. However, he will bill me for the full time. For these reasons, I would not recommend Dr. Thomas.
