Beware the money grab
Dr. Couldn't wait to be done with the appointments, didn't even try to hide it. Gave the impression he couldn't be less interested in me as a new patient, my health concerns, etc. Said I had to come back to review blood work. At follow up appointment, which I thought was part of the annual exam, he said everything looked fine and will see me (charge me) in 6 months due to high BP. Period. But didn't want to take even a minute to talk about the BP issue. Didn't ask if I had questions. Was billed incorrectly for the annual and charged for the follow up. When I asked why I would be charged for the follow up to the annual to get blood work results, the Billing associate 's response was, "oh well, I guess that's how he does things.". She was disrespectful, interrupting me throughout the entire call. The follow-up should have been done via a phone call based on how it was handled. What a disappointment. I hope to help others avoid this experience. Looking for Dr. w/integrity.

Dr. McCollough has been very caring with my mother who recently became very ill and required hospitalization. Although she was followed by a hospitalist in the hospital, Dr. McCollough followed her stay through her records, and saw her less than a week after her discharge. He treats her with compassion and a sense of humor when appropriate.

I absolutely love him! He is calm and quiet. Takes his time and I NEVER feel rushed. Wait times are reasonable and they have a lab in the same office. Makes bloodwork incredibly simple. Though I am an intelligent young woman, his explanations are on a level that I understand without any trouble. I feel very comfortable asking questions. A GREAT physician!!!

He is a young doctor but has a wealth of knowledge and skills. He takes his time to listen and researches what he is not familiar with.
