I was a patient of Dr. Mathew since 2006 until 2019. I went to his office as a walk in because I was not feeling well and the receptionist agreed that I can see him but I would have to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I said no problem and waited. Once in the room Dr mathew came in and I explained to him about these symptoms I was having and he goes off by saying I was waisting his time and this is not and emergency and I am not a elderly person. I was in shock by what he said and the tone he used also. He did NOT diagnosis my symptoms at all. I was in disbelief and didn't habe any words. I have been seeing Mathew for a long time, my parents as well and we went to the same church as well. He is unprofessional. Most of his patients are older people who are of indian decent and go to him because he speaks the language. His front staff and nursing staff are also unprofessional. Long waits even with an appointment

The girls behind the counter are very unhelpful. They are very clinical and seems to have no feelings! Life and death means the same to them. The wait time is nothing less than 2 hours. Then when you see Dr Matthew, he takes less than 5 mins. He seems in a rush to get to the next patient or CUSTOMER!
