Dr. Lenz is wonderful with our son, who is on the Autism Spectrum. He's kind, courteous and includes him in our conversations. We appreciate Dr. Lenz and his staff and their understanding and thoughtfulness toward our son.

Nice doctor, but I don't agree with what was done. I made a mistake of telling about my medical history/symptoms during my first visit and got charged extras for them and so I went ahead and paid for that stupidity. A year later, I was scheduled for a lab that I didn't ask for...but this was not the issue. The issue is that he spent time during my routine visit to discuss my lab and charged extras again in what they called "complex charge". From this visit, I've learned to show up and ask for just do the routine stuff and don't do the "complex charge". Basically, don't discuss about any health issues because it's a "complex charge". My point is, why go to the doctor for checkup if I can't talk about any possible illness otherwise I'll get charge extras? I will be cancelling all of my appointments and look for a new doctor. I would have given 2.5 stars if that's allowed since I think it's possibly my fault for being naive?
