I am shocked to see any negative comment about Dr. Laughlin’s personality (bedside manner) or care. I was referred to Dr. Laughlin by my orthopedic doctor 10 years ago for an epidural anesthesia procedure to alleviate significant neck pain due to spinal stenosis. During the consult appointment he was once of the most caring physicians I have ever met. The actual epidural anesthesia procedure was nearly painless and 10 years later I have not had to return for a second procedure. I would classify that as a great success. I referred my sister a few years later to Dr, Laughlin as she had exactly the same experience for the same condition with the same great results. I have referred many friends to Dr. Laughlin and none of them ever had a negative word. I have to believe there has to be more to the story with anyone leaving a negative comment about Dr. Thomas Laughlin. I would give 10 stars if that were an option.

I love Dr. Loughlin. Very caring and treated me with caring and compassion. Discusses all my options and allows me to make decisions in my care. Told me to call anytime if I needed anything. Shakes my hand when he comes in and when he leaves. Wished me a great holiday. I feel confident in his skills and care. We really connected and he makes me feel very comfortable. All the staff is friendly and great

Dr. Laughlin had a very caring attitude and listened to my concerns. I instantly got a feel that he was trustworthy and honest. He gave me an epidural (with sedation) and the process was painless and effective. I am returning for a second one, and I have no qualms about his ability. I would also like to mention his staff - they are supurb and caring.

Dr. Laughlin was very pleasant and his first thing he said was i want to sit and get to know you. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He has a very compassionate amd understanding of your pain. He don't judge you he actually takes the time and listens to you. I think he's a good asset to his profession and their needs to be more doctors like him. God bless him and the compassion he gives his patients. Caroline

He's rude and treats his medical staff horribly. He only cares about himself and throws tantrums when he doesn't get his way. He's such an idiot
