Dr. Knoxx was my pain management Dr. For a few years. He implanted a spinal stimulator in my lower back, which now will not work, and several years ago I went in for my routine drug test and they accused me of taking a medicine that I had not taken and dismissed me as his patient. Said I was fired! Staff was always rude and uncaring. I do not recommend this physician or his practice for any of your health care needs.

Horrible practice. Office staff is rude. His PA is inexperienced in pain medicine. You never get to see Dr. Knox only PA. They don't return phone calls or fill out paperwork in an appropriate amount of time. They tell you paperwork is ready or has been faxed and it is not.

Beginning with the waiting area plastered with"DO NOT" this & WE WILL NOT" that signs that you'd think you were at the DMV instead of a doctors office. Then the rudest signing of their"contract for treatment" Then you are "informed" that you will be saliva tested($1900) every month and randomly urine tested for drugs- and they DO NOT bother to check to see if your insurance even pays for this(mine doesn't ) Staff rude and Doctor seemed just tired and uncaring! Bad experience- did not return.????

Went for ointment got prescribed opioids instead. Told Dr. Mike Jones who is another Dr. in this practice; I didn't want them and the few times I took them I didn't like the fact that they made me sleepy. I naively allowed them to take saliva and urine samples, not realizing they were going to test me like I was a junky. The out of network lab charged over $4,000, which I'm responsible for. When I called to ask why they used this lab which is out of state. I was hung up on. The staff is rude!

He (or his staff) or the Laboratory he uses mixes up the samples for testing and you get someone else's report back. I am 80 years 0ld and Dr. Knox got a report back from his Lab. that I was using marijuana. I have never seen the drug and would never use it with my other medications as that would be dangerous. Since that time I am unable to get in to see any other doctors. I had 2 other tests-1before and 1 after since that one and a hair follicle test which came back negative. HE DROPPED ME.

His staff & NP are extremely rude & always in a rush. Never return phone calls. The lab they use charges $2500 for a urinalysis & as a result I was stuck with a $25,000 bill! Yes...for a few pee tests! & they don't give a crap! The NP is very cold & never asks how your doing...only wants to write scripts and move to the next person. So...if you really need help with health problems...don't go here!

After initial visit, Dr. Knox & office manager, Angela ,are horribly rude and unconcerned with patient care. One exception to this is Morgan , who is empathetic, timely, kind. With every injection procedure, when trying to ask Dr. Knox a ? at surgery center about procedure, he acts like he is in too big of a rush to bother with you. This attitude is ten times worse with Angela, only talks about how you make HER life harder and how Dr. Knox is mean to her if she talks to patients.= POOR patient care
