Dr Jones did 4 of my surgeries, 1-neck, 2-back, and 1 sacroiliac fusion. I highly recommend him. He is very professional, great bedside manners, explain your situation thoroughly, and give his professional opinion. When I had 2 wrecks after he had did my surgeries. Had to have another surgery afterward and I did not hesitate to call and get an appointment. In the future if a situation come up, I will definitely give his office a call for an appt.

Was referred to Dr Jones for surgery implant of IT pump. Very pleased with his staff and short wait times. Dr explained things very well, answered all questions, and did not rush. Surgery center he used was excellent with easy access. Recovery was fast and uncomplicated and his staff made sure that I had contact info available to contact them if anything was needed after office hours. Well pleased and happy to have him as my surgeon.

I liked Dr Jones. He’s sought after by many people seeking a physician with exceptional surgical skills. He spent more time with me than most doctors listening to my medical problems and formulating a care plan and goals of care. The staff is friendly and professional. I’m looking forward to my next visit. As an operating room nurse I appreciate his fidelity to medicine and the care of his patients

My husband saw Dr. Jones on November 18 for an initial consult. Dr. Jones took his time and explain the MRI results to us. He informed us of the Microdiscectomy Surgery that he would be needing and explain it to us in great detail. y husband had his surgery in December and he is doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff. Very professional and caring.

Waited over an hour and 30mins to be seen for a scheduled appointment. Spent five minutes with me at the end of the day on Friday. He was ready to go home obviously. Ordered an MRI which I scheduled myself. Never called me with the results. I followed up with a different doctor.

I LOVE this guy! Not only did he take the time to listen, he’s very conservative with his approach.
Claudia scheduled a MRI for me and answered questions, AFTER office hours.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jones II and his staff.

Very nice Dr, but after 45 minutes of waiting in a room to see him after being brought in from the lobby, I had to open the door and comment on how the wait was getting a tad ridiculous. They apologized profusely; I'll give him another chance, and see if there is any improvement next visit.

Dr Jones is an excellent surgeon but he surrounds himself with some of the most incompetent staff that exists! They are completely lost too say the least. The Dr needs to get a business manager to train his staff how to do their jobs. It’s not like a receptionist’s position requires a degree in rocket science! Ugh!

Excellent service by Dr. Jones and amazing staff. I left out his office with a better understanding of my condition, and he answered all questions about my upcoming procedure. The staff was just excellent and went above and beyond for me. Thank you!

Went in for a beck pain waited for 45 minutes inside the room before he came to see me . The doctor was very nice told me a have a little muscle tension but to be sure no disc or pulsion spine did x ray . I paid my office visit deductable . They billed the insurance. For office and the X-ray and my insurance paid the full amount . Four months later they send my insurance another bill for $489.00 for room observation and treatment that I have never received . I called to complain no prevail .
