Dr. Thomas Jones, I came to see you after being sick and in pain for 10 days. I had been to the E.R. 5-days prior, and I was not getting better. I was a new patient and happen to be lucky enough to get an appt 2 days after I called. You came in, asked me why I was there, I was trying to explain to you, you asked me who my PCP was and after I said I did not have one (and had not for 15 yrs), it felt you started pummeling questions at me, some of which I could not answer. As if, you were almost incensed that I would come to your office when I had not been to someone else first. I advised you I had been to the E.R 5-days previously, you said you would go look at what info was provided from them. While you were gone, I called my daughter, I felt defensive at this point and I needed some support. When you returned, I was crying, I told you she was on the phone, you told me ‘we don’t allow recording’ of a visit, I said I’m not. My daughter spoke, and while your demeanor softened slightly aft
