Knowledge ,courtesy,and communication skills were outstanding.

This has been the worst experience trying to get our son in for a necessary surgery. It's been since the spring of 2021 that we have tried to get this appointment. It's finally scheduled next week...but they have NOT called back as promised with information regarding when and where the appointment is AND any health and safety precautions we need to take and prepare for before and especially AFTER the surgery. They said 72 hours, it's been almost a week and no one has called. Their answering service is terrible, sitting 10 minutes or more on hold and no one ever picks up to check in. When they do, they are of little help. Abysmal. It's a shame, because we hear the doctor is good, but everything else screams this is an awful practice and location.

I initially went to this practice because I was referred to a specialist that was unique to this practice. I have continued as a patient as they have access to cutting edge technology and the latest advances and are extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for an eye concerns.

My first visit of the removal of a growth on my eyelid went smoothly. It was efficient, welcoming and Dr. Joly was positive, informative and easy to speak with.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Joly!! He’s an awesome doctor, in addition to being very professional & very friendly! And during his surgery procedures he plays music so he will play whatever music that you would like to hear although, his favorite is Motown, which is fine by me!! So give him a try! You will not be disappointed!!

This is probably the cleanest doctors office I have ever been in. The staff was very courteous. I was in at my appointment time. They were organised with the covid screening. This is definitely a practice that has it together. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

He had a problem with timing of the anesthesia due to changing Covid -19 requirements, and he fought to continue surgery.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Joly. He is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He cares about us and our families.

Dr. Joly and his team were fantastic. My husband had double vision, and Dr. Joly found a tumor. He got Dr. Singh involved and they did surgery right away, removing 3 tumors. He kept is updated throughout the procedure and his demeanor is so positive and upbeat. My hubby is fine now thanks to Drs. Joly and Singh!

Dr. Joly said my sons lazy eye surgery would have no complications and was a simple surgery. Dr. Joly made my sons eye worse and has caused us to seek help at Texas Children's hospital to fix his mistake. He had the nerve to tell us after the surgery that he rarely does the surgery right the first time. Also stated that we could not sue him because he has a clause in his surgery paperwork. This doctor needs to have his license revoked!!

He has a wonderful chairside manner. Super intelligent and easy to talk to.

I thought Dr. Joly was delightful, seemed very caring, sings to his patients, I was happy with him. He seems very professional and caring of his patients.

Dr. Joly is rude and his exam physically hurt me. When I expressed concern for the level of pain I was feeling, be became angry and ended the examination.
