Dr. Thomas Hong, DO

Dr Hong is good at his job but his support staff is terrible. Phone calls and texts not returned in a timely manner IF they are returned at all. Very discourteous. A doctor is only as good as the people he has working for him.

The office staff does not return any phone messages, texts, or emails. They say that they will return the call after talking to the doctor, but the staff will not return any calls. The doctor is throughly when it comes to the care.

Dr. is great at initial visit, but office doesn’t return phone calls, texts or emails. Maybe there is a secret password or something. All calls go to voicemail, there is nobody to answer the phones. I want my money back.

After years of chronic pain Dr Hong has worked wonder for me in about 7 months. BEST Dr I have ever seen! Dr hong and his staff are very attentive caring kind and informative.

Dr Hong is excellent. He has done procedures on me that have made a huge difference and he is so down to earth and easy to talk to BUT he is using a NP for his routine care patients and the patient can't request seeing him. There is a patient portal but it is not really connected to the doctors as you send messages and they never reply and admit it is a third party website.

Very good visit and future treatments were discussed and plan laid.

I've been under Dr. Hong's care for my pain issue. I'm very satisfied with the care that Dr. Hong has provided to me. He is very detailed in his explanation of my issue and the treatment related to it. He is caring, understanding, and carefully listening to my concerns! Without a doubt, I highly recommend Dr. Hong to anyone who is experiencing pain to see him for thorough evaluation. Moreover, I like his approach of treating the pain; he is very conservative, and yet open to other options to take care of the pain!

Dr Hong is one of the best Doctors I have and I'm 77 next week and left handed. No matter what is wrong, I tell Dr Hong and he either tells me what we can do or who I should go see. Only thing I don't like with the new office is criple parking is toooo far from entry door. I parked at the back door by mistake.

He is a good listener. He lets you explain what is hurting and offers different ideas on how to help you get better.
