Dr. Thomas Holbrook is an excellent surgery I had two crushed disc 20 years ago which he had repaired I had never had a problem with it I had to see him again on an auto accident in 2017 due to a shoulder injury I would recommend Midlands Orthopedic to all my friends and family they have a great group of surgeons and their staff is always Pleasant to deal with

The best surgical experience I've ever had. I have been put off for years for my back surgery. Dr. Holbrooke even made a perfect incision and space my staples 10mm apart. WOW

Dr Holbrook and staff go beyond your expectations to ensure you receive the best care. The office is friendly and makes scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, renewing rx’s , coordinating care with other specialists; Etc easy. The office is flexible and communicates really well with the patient. Messages left for the nurse whether it’s a medication refill or medical question is returned promptly. They are available 24/7 all year and have after hour clinics available for your convenience. They truly care about their patients, which is demonstrated through their phenomenal treatment.

I was In horrible pain, barely able to walk. We tried nonevasive treatments 1st. I didn't want surgery and he respected my wishes. That didn't work! Dr Holbrook put a rod in my mid spine. In less than 2 weeks after surgery I was walking without a walker. Dr Holbrook is a man of few words, but he is patient and answers any question I ask.

Very efficient. I saw him for spinal cord implant, and wanted him to perform surgery since he has done so many of these, and I did not want a complication. The surgery went as expected, and his nurse was extremely accommodating. Dr. Holbrook is a no nonsense kind of surgeon, whose skills speak well for him.

His nurse, Nancy, was completely unprofessional. Yelled (there are witnesses) at me, before I even entered the exam rooms. I seriously doubt that Dr. Holbrook listened to a word I said...seemed like he had made up his mind before coming into the room. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

very good physician; had back surgery by him many years ago with great results; so, there was no question who I would see when my neck started bothering me. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Check in staff not very attentive; but the clinical staff and check out staff very good.

Dr. Holbrook made me feel at ease and explained all possible outcome to myself and my family when we arrived at his Lexington Office. His clinical staff and physicians assistants made sure that I knew who they were before surgery so that as I was followed in the hospital I was more comfortable because even if I did not remember their names I was familiar with their faces. Thank you also to Nancy who checked on me during my recovery, Each of you in your capacity makes this team work.

He’s very kind and compassionate. He is a great listener, very re-assuring.
