Dr. Thomas Herbst, MD

Dr. Herbst has a very friendly professional disposition. His easy going nature allows patients and family members to lower any social awkwardness, allowing Dr. Herbst to understand his patient's condition in an effective manner. He is a Top Doc!

This doctor is a very caring doctor even when I could not find a doctor he checked on me weekly to make sure that I was okay and how I was feeling I would recommend him to anyone he has a way of talking to you to make you think to help you find a better way to help even yourself he listens I like that he makes you feel comfortable I like that he's not quick to offer all kinds of medications and treat you like a guinea pig but he offers ways of meditations and exercises and a variety of ways to help you with your mental status I enjoy my business with him I enjoy knowing what I could do to make myself a better person I have been through a lot of trauma in my life and it helps to talk with him I rate him more than excellent he is a god-given doctor with knowledge that I believe is gifted thank you Dr Hertz for all that you do you are most appreciated

Dr Herbst is readily available at all times. He has made accommodations for my son many times. He is highly qualified to deal with all psychiatric needs. He has allowed for telemed appts with my son as well.

Very good psychiatrist would highly recommend, he is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing.

I really enjoy the insight and care Dr. Herbst gives to his patients. He is willing to explain things to people, stays on top of the research, and limits his clients to (what is hopefully) a manageable work load. He has been recommended to my friends by other doctors, and I understand why. In addition to his professional expertise, he has a hippa compliant system, which allows me to send him medical information securely! I also enjoy that he has a location in downtown Ann Arbor. :)

He is an excellent listener and is very caring. He lets me be part of my health care decisions. He is respectful.
