Dr. Thomas Ganz, MD

Was very condescending, laughed at me when I expressed my concerns made me feel belittled and told me doing anything would be pointless since I don’t have a partner trying to get me pregnant right now. He did blood work but made sure to tell me it would be pointless. When I checked MyChart I saw that my testosterone was ONE point away from being over in the red and I have symptoms of high testosterone. It was never addressed. He also tried to tell me it’s normal to have cysts on my ovaries and it doesn’t mean I have PCOS. Which is not true, and I’ve had clear symptoms ALL MY LIFE. He’s known me since I first started having irregular periods and was the one that put me on BC to manage my severe symptoms. He’s unprofessional, he made me feel awful and I had to hold back tears after he examined me and acted condescending immediately afterwards because of my questions

I was a new patient about a week ago and it my experience all around was great! I have endometriosis and was really knowledgeable in more current treatment than most I’ve been to! He listened, didn’t rush me or make me feel silly for questions or concerns! I was seen quickly and everything went smoothly

I have been seeing Dr. Ganz since 2018. He is genuinely a great doctor. He listens to all of my questions, comments & concerns & provides understandable feedback as well as compassionate feedback. He doesn't & never has treated me like I was just another patient. There were plenty of times were I'm SURE we talked for an hour or more. He cares, he is real & he is honest. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE looking for an OBGYN!!!

I have dr.ganz took 5 days to call me back about the medicine he failed to have sent off to be filled and many phone calls everyday and then said he wasn't sure why it wasn't sent to another on call obgyn to be done now I'm bleeding and he has yet to return my call..here's to another 5 days or waiting and hoping baby is okay

Caring, competent, and professional. Good bedside manner. I felt confident he would take good care of me and he did!

I have Endometriosis, and I recently had a cyst rupture on my right ovary and was in pain for over a week and had an appointment to see him. I wanted to make sure everything was okay and talk about how bad my pain had been. He rushed and acted as if I were only there for a pap. He wasn't knowledgeable in what was in my records. He kept asking questions about being ready to try getting pregnant and seemed to only want to help further if we were ready to try. I was very disappointed and let down.

I was extremely impressed by this doc. It was my first visit with him and he addressed every question I had with great detail. He literally answered my questions for a good 40 minutes and then before he walks out of the room, he was asking me if I had any more questions!!! I’ve never had a doctor be so caring and spend so much time answering my many questions.

I've never been treated so horribly in my life. This doctor was extremely rude, unprofessional and demeaning. Dr. Ganz should not be seeing women or anyone for that matter. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. I was a new patient. In pain. Waited 30 minutes before he came into the room. Rushed our appointment. After a 2 week long wait for a follow up, he yelled at me stating the entire wait was my fault. Extreme caution.

An amazing doctor never have i ever met someone that cared so much for his patients. Best dr by far i looked forward to all my appointments. Incredible experience.

Super satisfied with switching to Dr.Ganz. Very down to earth and knowledgeable of his field. Great with answering any questions and making his patients feel comfortable.
