Just met Dr. Gaines after my heart attack in June. On 1st visit to his office on Manhattan blvd Harvey Louisiana. The office was spacious, clean, appropriately equipped and staff greeted me professionally and promptly. Dr. Gaines himself performed his exam and spent 45 minutes to an hour explaining all aspects of lab results and procedures done in hospital and his plan for treatment for me as an out patient. So my initial impression of Dr Gaines is he went above and beyond doctor patient interactions which comforted me and my wife. Visit couldn't have gone any better!!!
