Dr. Thomas Fewer, MD

Doctor Fewer has non-existent bedside manner. In mental health, that’s a terrible skill or ability to neglect.…and forget discussing issues or concerns with Dr. Fewer. He gets defensive and acts like a child that cannot handle feedback unless it’s unequivocally praise.Worst of all, he doesn’t listen to or trust his patients. When a mental health patient tells you they are not ready to be released; you don’t discharge them… which is exactly what he did to us today.so what happened? The patient, my wife, had a breakdown at home, within hours of being discharged.Giving a mental health patient a yo-yo like experience is cruel and thoughtless. As a clinician, his actions were devoid of empathy.Dr. Fewer also demonstrated a complete lack of humility to admit his errors, preferring instead, to throw his colleague under the bus about not familiarizing himself with the patient history prior to prescribing and enacting treatment.
