Dr. Thomas Felter, MD

I have been with Dr. Thomas Felter for several years. He is thorough and kind, and always has suggestions for my specific pain management. He referred me to a neurologist based on my personality, and it is a great match. It lets me know that he listens and takes note of what is important to me during our visits.

Discussed several options. Listened to what I said and discussed options based on my input as a retired Healthcare provider. Very kind and caring.

Wonderful doxtor

On the first visit, I provided copies of my MRI discs. they told me the discs did not hold reports. I was able to go home and print off the report. They asked if I could reach out to get a copy of the reports. First of all, that is one of the reasons we pay Dr offices so much. Do your job. I had to call 3 times and stop into the office to get them to submit my prescription for a pain ointment. They told me the pharmacy didn't open up the file. I had called the pharmacy first and they put me on hold while they opened all files to be sure they didn't miss it. I have used this pharmacy before and never had an issue. On my second visit to the office, I was the first appointment and yet they were 20 minutes late entering the room. We discussed options and told me to decide what I want to do. That was what the first visit was for. again, they asked me to reach out for test results because it was too much work for them. They walked away while I was talking and I followed them to their office
