We were traveling when my husband became ill. Turns out he had a bad gallbladder and it needed to come out. Dr. Etter and Jen (PA) were very professional and caring. Dr Etter spent a lot of time explaining and making sure we understood. The surgery was minimal fuss. He spent the night and we were able to travel again within 24 hrs of discharge. We were very pleased with Dr Ettrr’s care.

Dr Etter and his staff are very professional. Recently had an accident and Dr Etter took care of me. Dr spent the time during office calls to make sure I understood everything. His staff called and checked on me over several weeks and made sure everything was progressing as it should and got me the supplies I needed. Would recommend Dr Etter!

Absolutely wonderful. My family also travels from the west coast because of his care and knowledge. Dr. Etter and his staff have been more than wonderful with after care and being available to answer any urgent questions. I highly recommend Dr. Etter and I can't imagine anybody getting anything but exceptional care from his office.

Dr Etter told me my thyroid biopsies came back as cancer and that I needed surgery. After surgery the biopsy said it was NOT cancer and now I have to take medication the rest of my life!

If you aren’t interested in a surgical intervention and lining his pocket with money he isn’t interested in you as a patient. He doesn’t follow up or get back to you with results of tests, etc. I had to contact the hospital to review anything myself because he doesn’t bother with patient care. I wasn’t impressed and will seek a different doctor for future tests.

Very thorough prior to surgery. No post op care, or phone call. Nothing but the bill. Now I’m over a month out from surgery and still having issues with surgery site pain. If I had it to go over I’d go somewhere else where I felt like someone cared if my outcome was good.

He didn't want to use medication to relieve some issues. Instead we did 2 "oscopy's". Biopsy's came back negative. I still have unaddressed issues. I was told to go back to my general Dr. or go see a GI specialist. And that he nothing else he could do for me. On top of that, it took several weeks of phone tag with his nurse just to get this far. Don't expect him to call you, he won't.

Dr. Etter was very professional but also very personable. Office nurse, Denise, is a great asset to the practice. Other staff in the office as well as the group that cared for me in the outpatient area at West Park Hospital were all friendly but professional. Would not hesitate to return to either facility.
