Dr. Thomas Durbin, MD

Blew out my acl and MCL. Was quick to do surgery. Doesn't listen to your issues though. He is very quick to blame other things other than a mess up. He also does not communicate well in regards to pain management or the physical therapist. Really dissatisfied with this entire process and I'm not sure if I'll be able to play sports again because of the paralysis left in my entire leg after surgery.

Visited Dr. Durbin after several days of knee pain. My Appointment was scheduled the same day. During On line check In one of the questions asked was your expectation of the visit. I thought this very important question to ask to inform the doctor of your expectations. Dr. Durbin diagnosed my problem and corrected it. If needed, I will definitely visit Dr. Durbin for future orthopedic needs.

No problems at all with Dr. Durbin! He helped me with a neck and shoulder problem and currently treating a knee problem.

Dr. Durbin will take the time to listen and understand all of my concerns and issues, and answer any questions I may have. Also, although he is a surgeon, he doesn’t automatically suggest surgery first, but offers other forms of treatment options, and provides the pros and cons of each. He has an excellent bedside manner, and makes me feel at ease when treating me. That includes today, when he performed knee surgery on me! I would definitely recommend him to others with knee and other orthopedic issues.

I have been a patient for over two years. Very pleased with Dr. Durbin and all supporting staff. Quickly and accurately diagnosed my condition. Last visit my arrival text somehow was missed and I waited in car until I sent a second text 20 minutes later. Only major disappointment is they ceased accepting my UnitedHealth insurance last year and only accept my current insurance Aetna Medicare for office visits but not for surgeries.

I've been to see Dr. Durbin for concerns related to a right knee injury. He has been very helpful regarding my knee problems and I now have quite good daily ability with my knee!

He is an excellent doctor and very easy to understand. It is an honor to have him in Williamsburg. I recommend him to all my friends. He listens and is always on top of things.

Outstanding, professional care.

Went in with knee pain to the outside of the kneecap. Difficult to walk especially downstairs. Oredered an MRI to see if a floater was there, there was none. Gave me a shot of cortisone and some exercises to try. Better and hoping as time goes by will continue to improve. I appreciated him listening to my concerns and ailment.

Came to get relief for my shoulder. Got a shot and am much better.

Dr. Durbin has taken care of one knee and is now working out another. Even with the current situation the service provided was awesome.
