Dupuytren desease radiation treatment
I went to Dr Dugan for RO treatment for Dupuytren desease of the hand. RO is supposedly more of a preventative option used before fingers are bent beyond 10 deg. My left index finger had a small nodule that itched, an indication DD is active, he couldn't feel the nodule. Right ring finger was well beyond 10deg and would need a 2nd session to get into the nodule in hopes it would slow DD down. Despite doc not feeling the nodule that finger is now over 20deg. We were supposed to have a phone consult after treatment, it got cancelled and never happened same with 2nd session for rt ring finger. Then there's the whole billing fiasco, I ended up writing to the hospital prez, BBB and collection agency. In the end I got a letter of apology from the hospital and collection agency. This may be why 2nd treatment and phone consult never happened, there was never any communication via Dr. or his office which would have prevented the billing fiasco and you never want to deal with Porsche in billing.
