Dr. Dozier is my hearing specialist
He was very thorough in diagnosing my hearing issue and he performed the inner ear injection with precision and very little discomfort. He's my hearing doctor for a long time to come.

Dr Dozier is a very good listener to your problems. He takes time to listen to the patients complaints and address them promptly. He does a thorough exam and then explains what he finds and what he proscribes. Never feel rushed in his office and his staff is very courteous and efficient.

I have nothing but great things to say . Dr Dozier is friendly and he explains things clearly and thoroughly . The staff is warm as well. One kind staff member even held my grumpy under-the-weather infant so I could fill some paperwork out. It was cute ! The Summerville office is also super convenient to my location which is pretty awesome . Now, because Ladson road is known for high traffic , I make sure I leave my house super early for appointments to make sure I’m not late ! You can never be too early to a doctors appointment. We are all late to appointments at some point but depending on how busy they are, they WILL try to squeeze you in . I understood even if they couldn’t because me being late shouldn’t have to affect the rest of the patients on his case load. I know this because I was late once to my very first ENT appointment . If you’re experience extreme pain , and can’t be seen...there’s always the E.R. Right across the street. ;)

Out of 5 appointments, never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Dr. Dozier always professional, patient, thorough explanations of condition and treatments and kind. I was so happy with the care I received and the great improvement in my condition in a short time. Thank you so much. I cannot complete my review w/o commenting on his professional staff. They were always very attentive and efficient. The staff performed in a way that always maintained a calm and unhurried environment whether working with patients, medical staff or one another. They have also been very patient and professional in all telephone interactions. I recommend them highly!!

Due to a perforated ear drum (extremely painful), I made a 4:15 appt for today with Dr. Diozier They're office is off Ladson rdd, an area known for continuous traffic problems. I was literally outside their door when a staff member called to say I was 15 minutes late and would need to reschedule. I reminded her I was in extreme pain. No help offered. Shame on Dr. Dozier and staff.
