Dr. della Torre is a great ENT doctor. I have Meniere's Disease and have seen a number of ENT physicians over the years and have a good basis for comparison. He is thorough and patient and listens to what you have to say and gives clear answers to all questions. He explains everything. Very detail oriented. I also like that the office is organized and efficient. Everyone who works there is pleasant and the focus is always on the patient.

Waited 5 weeks for appointment. Day of Assistant called said Dr. In surgery had to reschedule for 5 more weeks since I am a new patient. I have already gone to a new doctor and waited only 1 week. Dont waste your time. Worst customer service experience with a physician!

Jumped to an incorrect diagnosis and stuck with it even though the treatment wasn't working. My condition could have been resolved within days but actually took months. The practice also does not have computerized charts so they rely on paper charts. Was a struggle to get him to return calls due to his unavailability at the office where my chart resided. Overall horrible experience.

I thought he was great. He was kind and comforting as I don't like anything in my ears. He took his time with me and thoroughly explained everything. I also saw him answering patients questions over the phone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Della Torre.

I was very disappointed in our visit with Dr. Della Torre. The exam was very quick, not thorough and I feel as though we were given very little information. In addition, when I called back a couple of days later with a question, the office staff responded by say, "Umm, he's not very good at returning patient phone calls." We switched doctors after this, and have been much more satisfied.

Both my granddaughter & myself have been treated by Dr. Della Torre. He listens well and has a calm demeanor. My 8 yr old granddaughter had to have her sinuses cauterized. I was impressed with how at ease he made her feel, explaining how and what he would be doing and how it might feel to her. She hugged her favorite stuffed animal throughout and this didn't bother him. I have recommended him to friends. As for me, I won't see any ENT physician but him.
