My experience with Dr. Day over the years has been a roller coaster ( to say the least.) Many of his staff members are extremely unprofessional. They lack effective communication skills and customer service-- these women are completely RUDE and I have NEVER experienced anything like it in a health care facility. Furthermore, I have been billed for things that Dr. Day has NOT done more than once and when I try to explain to his staff that I'm being billed for a procedure that wasn't completed, they become unbearable to talk to, forgetting that I am the patient. This has gone on for far too long and I will NO longer be seeing this doctor. People think just because they " finally" found an AA dermatologist that it's ok to be treated any kind of way and it's not. I deserve to be treated with fairness, and respect and I expect my doctor to have integrity.

Dr. Day is great and clearly knows what he's doing. His staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Expect delays whenever you need to call the office ie. long hold times and the phones not being answered despite the recording indicating that they phone lines should be open at that time.
