Dr. Connolly has always been concerned about the status of my shoulder. I like his approach.,

The Nurses, and my DR was very nice and friendly and helpful and knew what they we're talking about. I use to work in Medical records so I always understood what they were talking about.

Dr Connolly, and his staff, were very informative, listened well, and ensured I understood the whole process. Everyone put me at ease, and did not rush me.

I was given options which I feel is the best treatment plan,if current treatment doesn't help,I can try another plan,etc

Dr. Connolly thinks and talks faster than I do. I didn't have time to remember details of medical treatment in 1985 that might make a difference in my current treatment.

This Doctor has very poor bedside manner and interactions with his patient. He came in the room and spent ALL of 2 minutes with me. He never looked at my chart or history and suggested i follow up with a doctor i had already seen. This man gave me nothing to manage the pain and then stopped answering my calls when i called back. His nurse Sheila is horrible and never returns calls. I would not go back if he was the last doctor on earth.

Very short interactions. Don't think we ever had a full physical exam of shoulder. Did not feel any of the issues were appropriately addressed. I had a workers' compensation injury and he told me although a compensable injury that the insurance company wouldn't pay and I should just settle and pay privately for continued pain from this injury. The Insurance company was managing care and he was doing his part in this behavior, making legal recommendations but not providing appropriate care.
