Hip Surgery Annual Follow-up
Call for a follow-up and due some discomfort issues in the area. Easy to setup an appointment. Minimal wait time, both in reception and in the treatment room. Got several x-rays that were quickly uploaded. The Doctor and his associate arrived fairly quickly. We reviewed the x-rays, discussed my muscle issue and its connection to recent snow shoveling. No issue with the x-rays and the surgery site. Suggested stretching before shoveling and if the discomfort occurred again to try to get in closer to the occurrence.

Replaced both knees within the past few months. Results were 100% after each surgery. He and staff are totally professional and caring. If I had more knees and needed work, I'd see him again! I have a medical background and I'm very particular when selecting doctors. I'm about 80 yo so I've seen a few medical doctors and their teams. Don't miss the former knee pain!

Dr. Comfort & Ashton are very good. I get injection in shoulder & knee and they take care to make it as painless as possible & concerned about how I am doing.

Was recommended to Dr. Comfort in 2017 for meniscus tear which resulted in surgery. Went back this year with knee pain and will have replacement surgery soon. Dr. Comfort - along with the whole team - make me feel comfortable, informed, and confident. They are patient with questions and offer explanations this non-medical person can understand. They do not appear judgmental or condescending - which I often find.

This past year was a great opportunity to have both knees replaced. The first in May and second in November. The results that I have seen under Dr. Comfort and the team at TCO has been amazing. I have reached 143 degree of flection on both knees and full extension. Yes, total knees are somewhat painful, but with the guidance of Dr. Comfort and team, pain management was simply put...not an issue. Riding bike indoors till spring and am looking forward to having an excellent Mtn biking season and back on the snow skis next winter. Cannot say enough about the Excel program at TCO, top notch! Thanks for giving me my lifestyle back! Dr. Comfort, Thank you!

I was surprised that hand hygiene was not practiced in the sight of the pt. "Foam in, foam out." If you are wearing gloves, they need to be applied after entering the clinic room and then before leaving.

Phenomenal surgeon! He’s quiet and doesn’t say a lot, but he’s a GREAT listener! (He actually described my accident perfectly in his notes which is crucial for Work Comp cases!) He did an awesome job repairing my wrist (destroyed was the word he used to describe it); you can barely see the scar! He later worked very hard to correct another surgeons screw up on my Work Comp case.

I had both knees replaced 2 weeks apart. Dr. Comfort and his staff did a great job explaining what was going to happen. Dr. Comfort did a wonderful job on the surgery for both of my knees. I am 8 weeks out for one and 6 weeks out for the other. I have no pain and the scar from my first surgery is starting to go away. I can now walk with out a limp or pain and enjoy my time outside with my grandkids.

Saw Dr. Comfort for a torn labrum and impingement syndrome. Surgery was done and I was sent home with no PT required, full weight bearing and exercise "as tolerated." 4 months later I went back for the SAME symptoms and was told after a new MRI it was a "bone bruise" and to rest. With no change in symptoms, I sought a 2nd opinion where it was noted that there was no bone bruise but a lack of labral tissue and more impingement that was not taken care of the 1st time. Just had #2 operation to fix!
