Thorough, considerate and knowledgeable provider!
I think Dr. Chin is an amazing physician and the most thorough medical doctor I have ever met. He really takes a LOT of TIME getting a list of your current medications, background, symptoms, and concerns. He also asks a lot about your food and shelter security. He is very caring, considerate, and patient. Further, he really explains things clearly and helps bridge any knowledge gaps. He diagnosed me with something that was causing brain fog, sluggishness and always feeling cold in temperature. He prescribed life-changing thyroid supplement medication and immediately ordered blood work and follow up. As soon as my blood work returned (and well before my follow up appointment), Dr. Chin reached out to me for changes to my medication. Dr. Chin's thoroughness and knowledge base is very unusual and much appreciated by me, a patient with a very rare overall diagnosis (CREST Syndrome), and related conditions that may or may not be related.
