Terrible! I Wish I Had Seen This Sooner!
Telehealth
Dr. Cerrone has been treating me for nearly two years. He does not respond to messages within two business days and is 8 out of 10 times 15 to 20 min late for telehealth appts. He does not discuss anything beyond medications. He’s incompetent and I will be dropping him as a doctor. I can’t believe it took me this long to check his rating. Glad to know I’m not the only one who thinks he’s terrible.

Incompetent & Ignorant
He dosen't even deserve this 1 star because there is no chance in hell I would ever recommend him at all ever!!!He'll lead you to believe he will talk with you/help treat whatever you need help with but he really doesn't help, he does whatever & screw you...he don't careHe is Stubborn, bullheaded, won't listen and help like you need/want, will drag out days to give a prescription refill after you have already ran out a few days prior ...he don't careBasically if you want to be involved with your treatment decisions (and actually get help & treatment) go elsewhere...he needs to go back to school or something, it seems like he still has alot to learn!!!

Kind and Helpful
Dr. Cerrone is a very educated and kind gentleman that is willing to do whatever it takes to help you feel better. One of the best doctors I've met in the past 7 years of dealing with epilepsy.
