Dr. Thomas Cabell Jr, MD

Initial appointment so I expected more than four minutes of the doctor's time. Front desk girl bordered on rude, hopefully just having a bad day, and said there were eight appointments before mine that hour. How is one heart doctor supposed to see nine or ten patients in an hour? Ridiculous. No actual doctoring, just prescribe more and more Rx.

Arrived 30 minutes early for my first appointment, receptionist had no idea what doctor I was supposed to be seeing because they had canceled my appointment without telling me. I was told they tried to contact me I supplied the call log to show they didn’t. Needless to say I wasn’t seen and do not recommend

Seeing Dr. Cabell literally changed my life - several bad experiences with folks not listening led me to his office and within 7 days of seeing him, I felt 100% better.

Have been seeing this doctor for over 10 yrs. Excellent physician. Has become difficult to get an appointment, in a reasonable time frame. Also, wait time has increased. My appointments this year, were rescheduled more than not. Feel like he is always rushed and has little time to talk as in the past. His nurse is amazing and knowledgeable. She is the reason I have stayed. Moving to another heart doctor.

Dr. Cabell is very friendly & knowledgeable. He first saw me in the emergency room. He diagnosed my heart issues using echocardiogram and heart catheterization. The outlook is very good.

Dr. Cabell and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. He is obviously very knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. I am grateful to be in his care.

I definitely recommend Dr. Cabell Jr. The doctor and staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful every visit. Dr. Cabell seems very intuitive, and adept at identifying any medical issue(s) even though it may not be exactly obvious.

I am treated with great respect from all the office staff. the visits are always so professionally handled always able to discuss any concerns . if needed am able to get appt. on short notice. always discusses meds. and changes if needed. My wife Sandra was referred to Dr. Cabell by our family physician on the same day I took her to be seen for chest pains. I was informed by our family physician who called Dr. Cabell, that he was fully booked for the day seeing patients and conducting procedures but told our physician to get my wife to his office within the hour and he would make time to see her. My wife and I believe he saved her life as she was having a heart attack but we didn't know it. Within a short time of examining my wife he admitted her and had a couple of procedures conducted to find out exactly what needed to be done. She was transported the next day to Centennial Medical Center to have a triple bypass performed by Dr. Reddy who is also an amazing Dr. It's a miracle during the height of the virus situation that Dr. Cabell was able to see her and her be referred to another amazing Dr. Dr. Cabell and his staff are truly the greatest example of American Medical Care. My wife and I will always be grateful!!!
