Curt, Uncaring and Dismissive
There are some great doctors in East Texas. Unfortunately, Dr, Thomas Bright is not one of them. I wish they could teach compassion in Medical School and if they did, Dr. Bright missed that course. I believe in Karma, and someday when he is a senior citizen perhaps people will be as rude and uncaring towards him and his condition.

Dr. Bright was a good listener. He was courteous and wanted to make informed, effective decisions regarding what was/is best for me. I had used his diagnosis/prescriptive skills several years ago and look forward to having his expertise again.

Why do I have to give this office a star? Test results are not reported in a timely manner and staff is rude and inconsiderate when you request them. No compassion for stressed out patients and their family. Take your loved one elsewhere.

I found him courteous and extremely nice. He did everything he was supposed to do as far as my appropriate care. I would recommend him to my friends or family. The staff was absolutely marvelous. They were so helpful. I feel that dr. Bright has put me back on the road to feeling better and recovery from problems and issues that I've been having post cancer.
