Dr. Bayer is an excellent doctor. He listens and spends as much time as needed and really cares. Unfortunately, the red haired lady with glasses at the front desk is unbearable, clearly does not like her job or patients and has the worst attitude I have ever seen from someone dealing with the public. She has been there for a long time and I keep thinking there's no way she will still be there next time. But there she was again just yesterday with a bigger attitude than ever. This time I walked out and am changing doctors. Not at all Dr. Bayer's fault because he is wonderful. But to stress out every time I have to go wondering what her problem will be this time is just not worth it.

I have no problem with Dr. Bayer's ability. I have learned not to trust his staff to follow orders. Prescriptions never seem to be for 90 days until I make a few phone calls ... very frustrating. If you are referred to another doctor or a treatment facility, you will need to make sure it gets done and correctly ... sad. Most of the staff is great. I like Dr. Bayer therefore I stay.

This was the worst service I have ever received. The front desk secretary was rude and inconsiderate. The lady had glasses and short hair with an attitude that was terrible. She had the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever been to. I would never in my life recommend coming here !!!!! By far worst experience

Mom had to change primary doctor due to change in insurance. I chose Dr. Bayer and so glad I did. He took time to ask her questions, and seemed to actually listen to her. My first impression of him was very good. His office staff was very helpful, and we didn't have to wait too long to see the doctor. We were informed ahead of time that the paperwork would take some time so expect an hour before appointment.
