My daughter Haley Schuster was admitted to Sacred heart Peacehealth on February 17th 2019. She had several blood clots throughout her aorta and body. Dr Bascom performed an initial seven hour surgery to remove them all. He then operated another two times for internal bleeding. This man is a skilled surgeon and saved my daughters life. I will forever be Thankful!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best surgeon out there. Last year I had diverticulitis where one of the pouches burst and sent bacteria into my abdomen. Riverbend in Springfield was full so I was taken to Good Samaritan in Corvalis where I spent 30 days and underwent 5 surgeries including having a colostomy. On March 1,2017 Dr Bascom at Riverbend did an ostomy reversal and gave me my life back. There are not enough words to thank him for what he has done and given me back.

Dr Bascom performed a procedure on me and I have to say that, from start to finish, everything went exceedingly well. From initial consult, office staff, Dr Bascom himself and his assistants - all good. Now working at having my wife in to see him for the same procedure.
