I don’t understand how there are low ratings on Dr. B, but as a patient who’s had him for several years I can assure he’s a great doctor! He is very knowledgeable and easy going, and always puts my nerves at ease with his clear expertise! He’ll even run tests & follow up to reassure my health is doing well! I’m lucky I got him when I got him!

His office raises non-responsiveness to a high art. His asst will never take calls and if you ask the receptionist to speak to her you have to plead your case to the receptionist. And you can't even leave messages except during business hours -- what sense does that make since they won't take calls? They called in prescriptions wrong twice and when I pointed it out they did not reply.

Did not seem at all interested in me or my questions. Did not recognize the generic names of several of my common prescriptions. Was sarcastic in response to a couple of my questions. Told me at the beginning of my appt that he may not have time to answer my questions.

I was a patient of Dr. Bartholet's for many years. He is an average physician overall (not bad but just not that great) The reason that I finally switched doctors was that I never experienced a single time for over 5 years in which I called the office to make an appointment or for anything else and his assistant would answer the phone. Every time I would leave a message and she may or may not call me back at all. If she didn't call me back, I would have to call again and leave another message.

I was told that I needn't worry about my concerns regarding my sleep deprivation, and he shrugged off the possibility of sleep apnea. Within a few months, another doctor had diagnosed me with sleep apnea and recorded that I was not breathing 25 times an hour. He doesn't seem to enjoy practicing medicine and frankly seems inept in his abilities. He demonstrates a rushed manner, lacks thoroughness, and is unable to see his regular patience without a few days notice.

I was beyond disappointed with Dr. Bartholet. My first visit was for an annual exam and he rushed through it on auto pilot. Barely checked me out...only blood pressure and stethoscope to the chest. He tried to leave and when I said I had questions, he rolled his eyes and sighed. He didn't communicate well with his staff and they didn't know what he expected. Someone was filling in for his "clerk" who had stepped away and it was obvious she didn't want to be of any assistance. Bad experience
